Bored is an active verb in the past tense (the past of to bore)

Boring is also a characteristic.

Both bored and boring can describe people.

Only boring can describe things.

Fill in the blank with the correct word.

Let me tell you about this class I took. It was so ______. All I did was sit there ______ out of my mind. The teacher was really ______. His lectures were ______, his assignments ______ me to tears, and even his tests were ______! I felt like I didn't learn anything new. All I did was text my friends.
